After living in British Columbia for 21 years, Canada's beautiful west coast definitely influences my artwork. I love the mountains, lakes and lush green trees. One of the most breathtakingly beautiful spots in the world has definitely got to be Lake Louise, near Banff, Alberta. This was my first attempt at painting this gorgeous spot, but it won't be my last. You could paint this lake from a thousand different angles, each more beautiful than the last! This painting was done in oils on a 23" x 16" pre-stretched canvas.
