This was a commission piece recently done for a friend of mine. She supplied me a photo of these twin boathouses from a cottage in Northern Ontario (I can't remember the exact location). The most fun about this painting was working on all the reflections in the water. This painting was done in oils on a 16" x 12" pre-stretched canvas.
